Welcome to our Children's Class, where we offer a distinctive range of creative activities aimed at nurturing self-reflective awareness.

 

Instead of traditional Meditation, we focus on various reflective exercises that help children explore their emotional landscape.

Come along as we inspire young minds to comprehend and articulate their feelings through creativity and self-reflection.

Classes are held for the duration of the term only.
