It serves as both a narrative experience and a gentle introduction to the basic techniques of meditation, affirmation, visualisation, and intuitive sketching. Rooted in the principles of psychomagic, the story aims to create archetypal resonance, offering a symbolic exploration of depression, healing, and personal transformation. As the mythic journey unfolds—from the root chakra to the heart chakra—listeners are encouraged to reshape their inner landscape and move beyond the limitations of the Ego. Born from my own path of healing, this work reflects how beginning a meditation practice allowed me to reimagine and reauthor my internal reality. Inspired by the Save Soil campaign, I started to see my psyche as a world of characters, using symbolic language to give voice to my inner experience. Each sound, symbol, and scene forms part of a broader ritual of reflection and renewal. So listen... make a drawing... or simply witness my inner drama. Love is the answer.
